SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

All standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. A UPS tracking number is provided for all orders once they ship. We cannot take responsibility for delays with shipping once an order is in transit. We do not offer the option to combine multiple orders into one shipment. If you place separate orders, they will each ship separately.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges to standard domestic addresses are determined by the total weight of your order and calculated by UPS during checkout. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please do not use a P.O. box as a shipping address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. If the shipping address provided is not valid, we will make every attempt to contact you for an updated address via the contact information provided. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Vanguard Tactical Systems is not shipping OCONUS at this time. As a result, we are unable to ship these items to foreign addresses, including APO/FPO addresses for deployed service members.

LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you do not receive your order or if it was damaged during delivery notify us as soon as possible. All UPS claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted be within 30 days of the shipping date. We cannot guarantee your item(s) will be replaced if you contact us outside of this timeframe.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items purchased may only be returned/exchanged by the original purchaser or direct recipient. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order due to a manufacturing or shipping defect, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Please contact us with your purchase order number and we will respond with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. to begin the process of return/exchange.

Vanguard Tactical Systems does not accept returns or offer refunds on Custom Knives unless the product is defective upon receipt. Returned products must be in original condition and returned in the original shipping materials to be eligible for a refund or exchange

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Vanguard Tactical Systems products are backed with a limited lifetime factory warranty. This Warranty is for the limited lifetime of the product but is strictly limited to the original purchaser. A copy of your invoice is required for any warranty provide.
